Ed has a demonstrated history of effective financial, operational, and general management leadership throughout his career in public accounting and industry. As the Executive Vice-President & CFO of (private equity backed) Long Trail Brewing Company, Ed was responsible for leading Long Trail’s corporate accounting and treasury functions including financial planning, budgeting and reporting, audit and taxation, capital and investment planning, information technology, human resources, and risk management. In this role, Ed was also responsible for procurement and supply chain management as well as production planning, customer service, and logistics. Prior to Long Trail, Ed served as Vice-President of Operations & CFO of (private equity backed) M2S, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of Nordica USA, Corp. (and related entities). He was also a partner in the regional accounting firm A.M. Peisch & Company. Earning a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont, Ed is a licensed CPA and holds memberships in both the American Institute of CPAs and the Vermont Society of CPAs. Ed is also a 2008 graduate of the Tuck Executive Program at the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
